Bonus vs Overtime

My solution for overtime is this:

Two options: 1) If you are not entitled to a bonus you are entitled to overtime pay for any time worked over the weekly work period. 2) All employees are entitled to either a bonus or overtime pay. A company’s bonus policy must be clearly stated for all employees.
